Innovative Leaders + Reliable Service Delivery

Our world is a rapidly changing place, with technology enabling new methods of service delivery and external pressures demanding ever increasing efficiency amongst its providers. At EET, we believe that the only way to increase the level of service we are able to offer our clients is to identify and address the gaps that exist in any service delivery model through innovative thinking by dedicated individuals.

The National Disability Service and the New South Wales government have teamed up to run the second annual New South Wales Disability Industry Innovation Awards (NSWDIIA) in order to recognise those service providers who have demonstrated commitment to developing genuinely innovative approaches to service delivery. EET was honoured to successfully achieve finalist status for the outstanding commitment that our CEO, Amanda Calwell-Smith has shown to innovation in the industry over the past Forty (40) years! and the new approach to supporting youth with a disability in the Illawarra pioneered by Matt Spence which has helped almost 150 disengaged young people in two (2) years.

Essential Employment and Training wishes to congratulate Amanda and Matt on their efforts over the years and to express our commitment to providing truly innovative programs in order to give our clients the assistance and support that they deserve. EET also wants to take this opportunity to congratulate our fellow finalists and wish them the very best for the upcoming award ceremony and their futures in the industry.

If you’re a Client, an Employer, a fellow Service Provider or just an interested individual with a suggestion or feedback regarding any of our programs, please don’t hesitate to contact our office in Wollongong on (02) 4227 3111, we would love to hear from you.
